List of websites offering dangerous food or whose content seriously violates the requirements set out in legal regulations, which the State Agricultural and Food Inspection Authority is responsible for controlling.

State Agricultural and Food Inspection Authority (hereinafter referred to as "CZPI") as an administrative authority for the exercise of state supervision in the field of food leads from 1. 10. 2022 in accordance with the provisions of Section 3, paragraph 4, letter f) of Act No. 146/2002 Coll., on the State Agricultural and Food Inspection and on amendments to certain related acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the „law on SZPI“) a list of websites offering dangerous food or whose content seriously violates the requirements set out in legal regulations, which the inspection is responsible for checking (hereinafter referred to as „list of websites“) and publishes it on its website.

According to Section 3b of the SZPI Act, the list of websites contains the address of the website, the date of entry of the website into the list of websites, or the date of deletion of the website entry from this list.

The SZPI Act in Section 3d imposes an obligation on providers of internet access services in the Czech Republic to prevent access to websites listed in the listwebsites, within 15 days from the date of publicationwebsite in the website list.
