Blocked Domains

The Institute for State Control of Veterinary Biopreparations and Medicines, as the body exercising state administration in the field of veterinary medicines, has been maintaining a list of websites offering veterinary medicinal products in violation of this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "List of Websites with Illegal Offers of Veterinary Medicinal Products") since 1 December 2022, in accordance with the provisions of Section 16(3)(q) of Act No. 378/2007 Coll., the Pharmaceuticals Act and on amendments to certain related acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Pharmaceuticals Act") and publishes it on its website. The Pharmaceuticals Act further states in Section 101a regarding the content of the list of websites with illegal offers of medicinal products that it contains the website address and the date of entry of the website into the list of illegal websites, or the date of deletion of the website entry from this list.The Pharmaceuticals Act, in Section 101c, imposes an obligation on internet connection providers in the Czech Republic to block access to websites listed in the list of websites offering illegal medicinal products within 15 days of the date of publication of the website in the list of websites offering illegal medicinal products.
